It all began the Spring of 1912 when Fedele Cesena immigrated to the United States from his birthplace in Rotondella, Italy. As his great grandchildren, we recall the stories he told of his bricklaying, passion for gardening, and values of family and friendships.

Over a century later we found ourselves visiting the beautiful hill top city of Rotondella among new friends celebrating our shared past with Aperitivos and fresh olive oil. That olive oil held a profound significance beyond its exceptional taste - it told a story. We were not just indulging in a culinary delight, we were honoring a heritage rooted deeply in our familial origins and in the timeless art of olive oil production.

And so began our idea To partner with small-scale olive oil producers Throughout Italy who, like Rotondella, offer an exceptional olive oil rich with history and tradition waiting to be shared…waiting to be experienced.
